Unfortunately not, each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass into the car wash. We must issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and will not scan.
Yes, they are! Our vacuums are available for all orange and white label members. If you have trouble locating the vacuums, ask one of our team members for assistance.
Just like any other subscription (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify, etc.), a form of payment is needed to join. We take our guests’ private information very seriously and would do nothing to compromise this trust. You can count on us! All transactions are on a monthly schedule.
Yes! We welcome vehicles of all shapes, sizes, and…roofs! Just please make sure that the top is in place and waterproof.
We know this might seem odd, but it’s actually for a good reason. Days are busy, and sometimes it’s easy to forget what was placed in your truck bed (i.e., tools, garbage, firewood, etc.). We check your truck to make sure there is nothing that could potentially damage our car wash and, most importantly, other vehicles. It is our responsibility to make sure each car arrives at the end of our tunnel clean, shiny, and dry.
Some vehicle makes and models are “extra attracted” to our car wash and like to hold on and not let go (if you know what we mean). That’s flattering, but we thought it best to place a protective tape free of charge, so that no rear windshield wiper is left behind.
While we would love to say that we can wash ANY vehicle, the reality is that it might not be best for either party. There are certain vehicles that we cannot accept due to after-market parts, bike racks, hitches, rust, age, and so on. If you are ever questioning your vehicle, speak to a team member onsite, before entering the wash. They are always more than happy to help.
Our conveyor is industry leading and provides a stress-free car washing experience. Our experienced team will guide you onto the track and it will push you through the wash!
We believe that our customers expect a higher level of personalized service so we ensure your car is cleaned to the best possible condition as possible.
If a fingernail is required to scrape off the material, our brushes won’t do the same on the first try. Luckily, with unlimited washes via Harper Auto Wash, the bug guts won’t have a chance to get baked on! The more often you visit, the better off your car will be.

We want to be transparent. While we are confident in our abilities to give your car a great experience, sometimes accidents happen, and when they do, our team is readily equipped to respond. That said, we ask that you also do your part and make sure that you follow the guidelines we have in place to ensure a clean, shiny, and dry wash every time. There is signage at our site before you enter the wash that explains in detail our requirements.
Oh, yes, we can! We love our extra-low-to-the-ground sports cars, but there is a limit on height. If you have any questions, please talk to one of our team members before you enter the wash.
If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.
No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.
