Is it a hand wash?

It is not a hand wash. We have a state of the art, 3 minute Automatic Wash along with a hand prep. Members who have purchased a +Interior Reboot package receive the Finish Lane experience.

Do you offer discounts for multiple cars?

Yes! Households receive $5 off each additional car.

      *must use the same credit card for each car to receive discount

What are the vehicle dimension limits?

The height limit for vehicles is 7 feet 6 inches. Tires cannot exceed 305. Cars cannot be lower than 4 inches.

Can I use this membership on more than one vehicle?

Unfortunately, no. Each membership is tied to a certain vehicle either with a unique RFID sticker or by a license plate number.

Do you have free vacuums?

Yes! Our outside vacuums are available for all customers.

Do you have single wash options?

Yes. We have single wash options at either location.

Can a convertible or soft-topped Jeep go through your car wash?

Yes! We welcome vehicles of all shapes, sizes, and…roofs! Just please make sure that the top is in place and waterproof.

Are there cars you do not recommend going through the wash?

While we would love to say that we can wash ANY vehicle, the reality is that it might not be best for either party. There are certain vehicles that we cannot accept due to after-market parts, bike racks, hitches, rust, age, and so on. If you are ever questioning your vehicle, please speak to a team member onsite, before entering the wash. They are always more than happy to help!

Why does a team member pre-scrub vehicles? Check my truck bed? Place tape on my rear windshield wiper?

We believe that our customers expect a higher level of personalized service so we want to ensure your car is cleaned to the best possible condition. It is our responsibility to make sure each car arrives at the end of our tunnel clean, shiny, and dry. That said, we ask that you also do your part and make sure that you follow the guidelines we have in place to ensure a clean, shiny, and dry wash every time.

We check truck beds because we know days are busy, and sometimes it’s easy to forget what was placed in your truck bed (i.e., tools, garbage, firewood, etc.). We check your truck to make sure there is nothing that could potentially damage our car wash and, most importantly, other vehicles.

We think it is best to place a protective tape because some vehicle makes and models are “extra attracted” to our car wash and like to hold on and not let go. We want to make sure that no rear windshield wiper is left behind.

What is the fingernail rule?

If a fingernail is required to scrape off the material, our brushes won’t do the same on the first try. Luckily, with any of our Harper Auto Wash Membership options you get unlimited washes. The bug guts won’t have a chance to get baked on! The more often you visit, the better off your car will be.

Do you clean the interior of my car?

With the +Interior Reboot add-on for single washes or wash memberships, you get your interior cleaned each time you come!

If I have a question about the car wash, who should I reach out to?

Is there insurance if my vehicle gets damaged?

We want to be transparent. While we are confident in our abilities to give your car a great experience, sometimes accidents happen, and when they do, our team is readily equipped to respond. So please let us know if there are any issues. That said, we ask that you also do your part and make sure that you follow the guidelines we have in place to ensure a clean, shiny, and dry wash every time. There is signage at our site before you enter the wash that explains in detail our requirements. Things such as after market parts, custom wheels, light bars, roof racks, bike racks, cargo racks, bug guards, window guards, license plates and antennas. Again, if there are any issues please let one of our team members know.

Can you wash low riding vehicles?

Oh, yes, we can! We love our extra-low-to-the-ground sports cars. We ask at our Parkside location that the vehicle is no lower than 4 inches. If you have any questions, please talk to one of our team members before you enter the wash.

How do I cancel my membership?

There are multiple ways to cancel your membership.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?

Please visit a Harper Auto Wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.

Can I change my plan type online?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to stop by a wash location. You can also call and one of our staff members can change your plan on the phone for you.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You will not receive a refund but you may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

How do I update my credit card information?

You can update your credit card information online or you can call and we can update it for you. As always, you can always come to either of our locations and a staff member will be more than happy to help! 

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by a Harper Auto Wash location to reactivate your plan.

Can I use my membership at any location?

The answer is yes. While there are more wash and plan options at our Alcoa location, our Parkside location has an equivalent wash available for each membership. If you plan to use both locations equally, please let a team member know so we can equip your vehicle with the proper identification.

Why do some vehicles have a tag placed in their window and some do not?

If you sign up at our Alcoa location we use a license plate reader to tie your vehicle to your membership plan. If you sign up at our Parkside location, we use a RFID tag reader that ties your vehicle to your membership plan. If you will be utilizing both locations equally, please let a team member know so that we can get you the proper identification for your membership.

What are your hours?

Parkside Location- M-F: 7:30am-7pm, Saturday: 9am-6pm, Sunday: CLOSED

Alcoa Location- M-F: 8:00am-8pm, Saturday: 9am-6pm, Sunday: CLOSED
