Harper Auto Wash Terms and Conditions

Harper Auto Wash, LLC requires that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your Harper Auto Wash membership will automatically renew each month on the anniversary date of the initial sign up date. The membership fee will be charged on your billing card each month on the renewal date.

You may deactivate your membership online at www.harperautowash.com/my-account or in person. If you deactivate your membership it is still valid until the end of the monthly purchase anniversary period (i.e., if the membership is purchased on May 15th and you cancel on June 30th, the membership runs until July 15th). No credits or refunds will be given for partial months.

In the event Harper Auto Wash is unable to receive payment from you for reasons such as expiration, non-sufficient funds, or change in information, your membership will be halted immediately, and you will not be able to wash your vehicle. If Harper Auto Wash is able to collect payment for your membership within 10 days after being halted, your membership will continue with your current membership period. If Harper Auto Wash is not able to collect payment for your membership after 10 days from the halted date, your account will be automatically deactivated. If your account deactivates, it must be reactivated in person at our current retail pricing.

Membership is only valid for the vehicle registered with Harper Auto Wash. If you transfer your sticker to another vehicle without proper authorization from Harper Auto Wash, your membership could be terminated. Membership is only transferable upon purchase of a new or different vehicle and upon official notice to Harper Auto Wash.

Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel.

Harper Auto Wash is valid for personal use only and not valid for commercial vehicles.

Harper Auto Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change this program anytime and also reserves the right to suspend car wash privileges.

Although this is an unlimited use car wash membership, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs, maintenance or weather-related events.

Damage and Liability Limitation:

At Harper Auto Wash, we take pride in delivering excellent customer service and vehicle care. Please review the following damage claim policy carefully before submitting a claim:

Claims Process:

Upon submission of a damage claim, management will contact you via email, phone, or a combination of both after thoroughly investigating the incident.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) for us to review relevant videos and documents.

Filing a claim does NOT imply an admission of fault or responsibility by Harper Auto Wash.

Responsibility:

Harper Auto Wash operates on an "enter at your own risk" basis. We are ONLY responsible for damages directly caused by a malfunction of our car wash equipment while your vehicle is actively being washed.

We are NOT responsible for any damage that:

Existed prior to entering our wash facility (including body panels, glass, or underlying damage such as trim or retaining clips).

Arises from driver negligence or misconduct.

Is caused directly or indirectly by actions of other customers.

Exclusions:

Harper Auto Wash explicitly disclaims responsibility for damage involving-

Aftermarket accessories or parts

Wheels and tires

Light bars

Bug/window guards

Aftermarket antennas

Vanity license plates

Vehicles lowered below 4 inches

Running boards

Tow mirrors

Vehicles over 7 years old

Items blown off the vehicle during drying

Decision Authority:

The Director of Operations holds full authority to approve or deny any damage claim based on the stated policy and exclusions above.

‍AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CHARGE AUTHORIZATION

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SUBSCRIBING TO HARPER AUTO WASH PROGRAM, I WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY FEE INDEFINITELY UNLESS I DISCONTINUE AS PER THE PROGRAM PROCEDURES FOR UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES, CANCELLATION. I AGREE TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF THE MONTHLY FEE PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT MONTHLY CHARGES PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY EACH MONTH. I UNDERSTAND THAT MONTHLY CHARGES PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE INCREASED WITHOUT NOTICE. HARPER AUTO WASH, LLC WILL BE THE BILLING PARTY SHOWN ON YOUR BILL.
